Mark is a licensed massage therapist and nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork who offers therapeutic massage treatments, including, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Point), Myofascial Release, hydrotherapy and Sports Massage. Mark is also educated in Pre-Natal Massage. Mark believes that the cause of the majority of muscular pain and discomfort is caused by stress and incorrect posture.  Mark's unique therapeutic touch obtains deep relaxation for his clients.  While in such a relaxed state, Mark can work more deeply on specific focus areas to relieve pain and discomfort.  Mark received his training from the Cortiva Institute-Boston in Watertown, Massachusetts, completing a 900-hour Massage Therapy program, and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).  Mark Received his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

 

Mark enjoys painting, cooking, walking and spending time with family and friends. His past work experience includes litigation paralegal.
